After the loss of a baby, it might be a very difficult road to travel when considering another child. Our group can provide support during this next pregnancy and beyond. After baby loss, we tend to refer to any further children as our rainbow babies who provide us with joy and happiness after the storm of child loss. The rainbow is an informal group held monthly for mothers of rainbow babies to help support through the ups and downs of raising a rainbow baby.
The groups are held on a Friday lunchtime and continue to be very well supported. The meetings are held monthly at 12:30 - 2.30pm so that lunch can be enjoyed at the same time as catching up with the rest of the mums. If you bring your lunch we will provide the cakes!
We do appreciate that coming through the door for the first time is the hardest step to take, but perhaps you may gain comfort from the fact that everyone connected to the group has experienced a similar loss and another pregnancy at sometime in their life.
