The Memories Book

The memories book is held in a locked glass cabinet at the Wansbeck Hospital.  The purpose of the book is to remember babies that have been lost and families are able to decide on what they would like to be included.  Some entries are simply the date and name and others describe their feelings about their loss, whilst others may write a poem.

An entry can be placed at any time by simply writing down what you would like to be included and sending it by email to our address at the bottom of the page or by post to:

To access the Memories Book simply as for the cabinet key at Wansbeck Hospital Main Reception.  The receptionist will be happy to give you directions to the chapel if you are unsure of its location.
